Are Consultations Done In-Person, Or Virtually?
Are Consultations Done In-Person, Or Virtually?
Until further notice, ALL consultations will be done virtually, via Zoom. (Some consultations may be arranged for in-person, upon request). You will not need a Zoom account to join the meeting. You will just need to join from a mobile device, or a computer (preferably a computer), using the Zoom link that will be sent to you upon receiving your scheduled consultation confirmation.

1. If you are are a business owner, looking for employee benefits options, please select the Business Owner (Employee Benefits) Consultation option when scheduling.
2. If you are an individual 65 years old, or older (or within 3 months of turning 65), and you're looking for Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplemental plan options, please select the Medicare/Medicare Advantage Consultation option when scheduling.
3. If you are an individual, below the age of 65, and/or you're looking for life insurance, health insurance, dental, vision, or other supplemental insurance options, please select the Traditional Health Insurance option when scheduling.

What Will I Need To Have On-Hand During My Consultation?
What Will I Need To Have On-Hand During My Consultation?
1. If you are a Medicare/Medicare Advantage client, have your Gov-Issued medicare (red/white/blue) card, your medicaid card (if applicable), current list of medications (if applicable), and any current MA Supplemental plan card, if applicable.
2. If you are an individual client, please have any current insurance info, if applicable (i.e. your monthly premium cost, benefits covered, plan deductible, coinsurance).
3. If you are a Business Owner, please be ready to provide the following:
The amount of hours per week that each employee works (both full-time and part-time employees), total wages paid, and the total amount of health insurance premiums you pay (or will pay) for your employees (you can project this based on how much you are willing to contribute toward insurance premiums each month).

All consultations must be scheduled at least 24 hours ahead of time.

The Short answer is No. Most insurance carriers do not require payment until AFTER the application for coverage is submitted and approved. Few carriers require payment up-front in order to apply.
